Your tour will start from your Parisian hotel around 8.00.
The pickup time is indicated on your voucher; keep in mind that the pickup times may vary by up to 15 minutes due to traffic condition.

10.30: Discovery of Champagne vineyard around Reims. At the vineyard, your guide will explain the Champagne soil, the three main grape varieties in Champagne, the vines through the seasons from pruning in winter to ripening and harvest in autumn. Followed by a visit and a wine tasting in a small champagne producer.
12.30 Traditional French lunch in a restaurant in Reims.
14.00: Guided tour of the Reims cathedral, a gothic masterpiece where the kings of France used to be crowned.
15.30: Guided visit of one of the most famous champagne houses in Reims and its underground chalk cellar (Taittinger, Veuve Cliquot, Ruinart…) to discover step by step the technical wine making “from grape to Champagne” through pressing, first fermentation, blending, bottling, second fermentation, remuage, disgorgement, corking and finally labelling.
A glass of champagne will be offered at the end of your tour.
17.00: leave Reims for Paris by 19.30 (subject to traffic condition)

Your bilingual (French/English) driver-guide will accompany you for the full day.
Visitors are always in a small group of a maximum of 7 people.
In case of very small groups, the minibus can be replaced by a car for more comfort.
Above rates include transportation by air-conditioned minibus, full access to all sites, entrances to the museum(s) and English speaking guide.
Not included: hotels and personal expenses.
