The bedrooms are "cosy" and comfortable.
The "Chefs" Pierre and Michel, will offer you to discover traditional and regional cuisine, as well as "la cuisine gastronomique". Casserole of frogs legs and langoustines accompanied by morille mushrooms, home made "foie gras pate?" (liver pate, duck or goose), stuffed rabbit filets, quail "a la royale" will tempt all the most demanding palate!
The wine list offers about 50 different wines.
Situated on the other side of the courtyard there is also the family distillery, where home distilled alcohol may accompany all the dishes offered on the Neuhauser menu.

The Hotel is also a cottage-type distillery, with traditional productions using wild berries, such as bilberries, rowan berries or sloes. Pierre Neuhauser can be proud of some personal creations such as "beer flavour" fruit brandy. The Neuhauser family have been running this haven of peace for four generations.
