In our Gastronomical Restaurant "La Cerisaie", Our Chef, Gerard Perreau, proposes a sophisticated and creative meditterannean menu. full of southern flavours and appreciate a candlelit dinner in a romantic atmosphere.
During the summer, our restaurant "La Brasserie de la Plage" provide grills, salads, cheeses and desserts by the swimming pool.

The hotel is situated on the way to Mount Fontfrede, which has a very important history amongst the inhabitants of Ceret. In the middle of chestnuts trees, pine trees and beech trees, you will discover a beautifull panorama over spain. The Fugitive Stone reminds us of southern Catalogne . Indeed, during WWI a lot of people crossed the border to find freedom and our village was awarded the War Cross.
