Franck AUBERT and his team welcome you to the Domaine de Beauvois, 16th and 17th century manor house that has been transformed into a chateau-hotel, situated just outside Tours, in the centre of a 140 hectare park.
Born in the Berry region, Regis GUILPAIN started at the catering school of Blois and after at the Albert Bayet catering school. After few years at the Domaine de Beauvois he becomes the assistant of the chef de cuisine in 1994.
Today chef de cuisine, he continues to practice a hard selection of the best regional products to do culinary creations that you do not missed in the area.
In order to amaze our guests, Regis GUILPAIN, gives one's whole attention to the presentation of the dishes.
His master words : Quality, Simplicity, Flavour
For lovers of lighter meals, a buffet is also offered round the pool in the summer.
A fine vaulted cellar hewn in the stone and sheltering more than 1,000 bottles.

Train stations: Tours St-Pierre-des-Corps station (18 Km.) or Tours Centre (10 km.)
By car : A10, exit Montlouis-Vouvray then N152 direction Tours-Saumur. At the Port de Luynes turn right, pass through Luynes and follow the signs to Beauvois.
