- Mont Colomby de Gex A natural balcony overlooking the Alps. Mont Colomby de Gex is one of the highest peaks (1 689m) of the Jura range, overlooking the Swiss plain below. It commands a stunning view of the Alps, similar to the one from Mont-Rond.

- Faucille Pass
One of the main passages of the Jura mountain range. Located at 1 320 m above sea level, the Faucille pass constitutes one of the main passages of the Jura mountain range. It connects on one side, the Rhone Depression and Lake Leman and on the West, the Valserine. Along the road which leads to the pass one can catch a glimpse of Mont Blanc whose beauty reaches its peak at sunset. Moreover, a magnificent view over the Valserine Valley is part of the panorama which can be admired from this promontory.

- Castle - Coppet
Home of Necker, Louis XVI's finance minister. Rebuilt in the 18C, this castle that overlooks Lake Geneva belonged to Necker, Louis XVI's finance minister. His daughter, Germaine de Stael, was opposed to Napoleon's regime and sought refuse until the Restoration here, receiving the great minds of the time. She was buried in the park with other members of her family. The interior is sumptuously furnished and the rooms have remained unchanged since the Revolution.

- Palais des Nations - Geneva The UN's second centre. Accessible to people of restricted mobility -This palace, built between 1929 and 1936 for the League of Nations, has since 1946 been the second centre of the United Nations whose headquarters are in New York. One can visit several rooms, including those of the Assemblies, used for plenary sessions, and that of the Council, for the most important conferences, and indeed a philatelic museum. Around it stretches a huge park (25 ha) containing works of art.

- Red Cross Museum - Geneva
The origins of humanitarian assistance. Accessible to people of restricted mobility A witness to the terrible battle of Solferino (1859), the Genevan businessman Henri Dunant had the idea of creating a movement to assist injured people, the Red Cross, created in 1863. Here the visitor is invited to take a moving journey through history which inspires respect and thought. Here you will find out about the missions in which the organisation took part, and the variety and scale of its actions which are, unfortunately, still needed.

- Musee des Suisses a l'etranger - Geneva
Switzerland and the world. The admirably restored rooms of Penthes Chateau, an attractive 14C building modified several times, form a setting for these collections evoking the history of Switzerland's relations with the rest of the world, from the medieval era to our own time, from the diplomatic, military, economic, literary, scientific and artistic standpoints. Famous Swiss people (Breguet, Necker, Cendrars, etc.) are not forgotten.

- Paul-Emile Victor Polar Centre - Premanon
A museum devoted to Eskimos and Lapps. Accessible to people of restricted mobility. This museum has an original architecture and is named after the explorer of polar lands, Paul-?mile Victor. It enables to understand the way of life of Eskimos and Lapps. Polar animals are also evoked and symbolized by a 3.10m-tall stuffed polar bear.

- Voltaire Institute and Museum - Geneva
A research centre devoted to Voltaire. "Les Delices", a property where the philosopher Voltaire lived between 1755 and 1765, has become a research centre dedicated to its illustrious guest and his time. Portraits of the great man, original editions of his manuscripts and part of his correspondence are grouped together in this location which also presents an audiovisual programme relating his presence in Geneva.

- Barbier-Mueller Museum - Geneva
Improve your knowledge of primitive civilizations. This museum with very rich collections exhibits them in rotation. They relate to so-called primitive civilizations from all five continents (sculptures, jewels, fabrics, etc.).

- Maison Tavel - Geneva
The oldest residence in Geneva. Accessible to people of restricted mobility This residence with the elegant stone fa?ade, which was rebuilt after the fire of 1334 and has been modified over the centuries, owes its name to the Tavels, who were Genevan nobles. A visit of the interior gives a good understanding of the history of the town from the 14 to the 19C, but also of daily life. Don't miss the astonishing metal relief plan representing Geneva in 1850.

- Automobile Museum - Geneva
14,000 sq m dedicated to the glory of the car. This museum contains nearly 400 vehicles in perfect condition, "parked" in chronological order and according to their country of origin: the Jeep of General Patton, the Fiat of Mussolini, and a Cadillac which once belonged to Elvis Presley are the stars of the exhibition, beside Swiss vehicles (Ajax, Felber) and exceptional models such as a 1925 Bugatti T35 and a 1939 Alfa Romeo 2500.
