C PM2 – 2 DAYS NORMANDY + SAINT-MALO + MONT-SAINT MICHEL
A delightful itinerary which takes us to the heart of the Normandy and Brittany regions: scenery of thatched roofs, Fishing villages, acres of apple trees, elegant seaside resorts, bocage, picturesque cliffs and long sandy beaches. Normandy is a land rich in history and reputed for its local gastronomy and fine cheese.
DAY 1: We take the Normandy motorway and make our first stop at Rouen for a walking tour in the old town before continuing to Honfleur. On the way between Rouen and Honfleur, view of the newly built Normandy bridge. Enjoy time at leisure for lunch in the charming port of Honfleur. Deauville. We continue to the beaches of Normandy and pass by Deauville, Pegasus Bridge. Then visit to the British Landing beaches (Sword). The rest of our afternoon is dedicated to the Peace Memorial Museum at Caen. Dinner and overnight stay at Novotel Caen (or similar).
DAY 2: We leave Caen at 19.30 in the direction of Saint-Malo located in the heart of the Brittany region. Guided visit of the town including a walk along the ramparts and the cathedral. After lunch (free time) we depart for the Mont-Saint-Michel (frontier between the Brittany and Normandy regions). We continue our afternoon with a guided visit of the abbey and free time for strolling and shopping. Dinner at Pont-L'Eveque. Return to Paris 22.30.

DAY 1: Drive across the region of Normandy. Lunch at the Relais Saint Michel with drinks included. Guided visit to the abbey of Mont Saint-Michel. Free time to visit the village. Dinner and overnight in Angers at the Mercure-Lac de Maine hotel (or similar).
DAY 2: Angers (view of chateau from outside). Pass by Cunault and Saumur. Guided visit to the castle of Langeais. Amboise: lunch on your own. Afternoon guided visit to the castle of Chenonceau. Pass by Cheverny. Guided visit to the castle of Chambord*.
* In October: visit to the castle of Cheverny instead of Chambord.

DAY 2: Angers (view of chateau from outside). Pass by Cunault and Saumur. Guided visit to the castle of Langeais. Amboise: lunch on your own. Guided visit to the Clos-Lucé, last dwelling of Leonardo da Vinci. Visit to the gardens of Villandry. Guided walking tour in the charming oldest part of the city of Tours. Dinner and overnight at Mercure Tours Nord hotel (or similar).
DAY 3: Guided visit to the castle of Chenonceau. Cheverny: visit to the castle and farewell lunch at Hôtel Saint-Hubert. Guided visit to the castle of Chambord. Return to Paris around 19.00.

Stop for lunch at Amboise (free time). We continue by Cheverny and end our stay with a guided visit of the royal and imposing Chateau de Chambord. Return to Paris around 21.00.
