Mondays at 18.30
As a privileged visitor, access the Towers of Notre Dame Cathedral outside normal opening times.
Discover the symbol of Medieval Paris away from the crowds and time restrictions.
A Gothic masterpiece, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the cathedral was built over the course of 2 centuries. Victor Hugo, fervent admirer of the building and outraged by the pitiful state it had become, wrote the famous Notre-Dame de Paris, helping to give a new lease of life to the monument.
You will start your guided tour on the famous square in front of the cathedral, from where you can admire its sumptuous façade, 43m wide and 69m high. Next you will visit the famous towers after opening hours!
Having climbed up over 400 steps you will be rewarded by one of the most beautiful panoramic views over Paris. Before reaching the summit, you can admire the upper room and its Gothic architecture, the chimera gallery and its renowned gargoyles, including the famous Stryge.
