The HOSTELLERIE is set in a Provencal hilltop village at the heart of the Bandol wine-growing area. Danièle, René, Jean-François and Sandra simply love offering you the warmest of welcomes and pampering you with top-level services while you sit back and enjoy our inimitable Provencal lifestyle – or what we like to call the "Art de Vivre en Provence"!
ART DE VIVRE IN PROVENCE:

Arrival Sunday evening, departure Friday morning.
4-day cookery course every day from 9.00 – 15.00 (the course members prepare a new recipe every day with our star-rated Chef!).
SUNDAY: Welcome dinner (excluding drinks) at the Hostellerie gastronomic restaurant, where our Chef will delight your palate with his delicious, heartfelt Provencal cuisine.
MONDAY: It's off to the "Bastide des Saveurs" (located 3 km from the Hostellerie). Welcome to Paradise!
This is Pagnol's Provence for real. René issues you with your chef's hat, recipes and embroidered apron. Now make way for an unforgettable experience… First of all you will head for the garden, where you will discover and gather various herbs, medicinal plants, fruit and vegetables.
Then it's back to the kitchen to prepare the dish of the day – today's choice is a Provencal stew with choice cuts of meat cooked up with herbs and vegetables. The table is ready now all you have to do is enjoy your culinary creation out on the terrace or in the ancient dining room in true Provencal style.
TUESDAY: This morning you'll be up bright and early for a trip to the colourful fish market in Sanary-sur-Mer in the company of René, where you'll be able to meet up with the local fruit and vegetable producers, fishermen and cheese makers. You will see the day's catch come into the port and head back to the "Bastide des Saveurs" armed with some fabulous fresh fish for the day's class.
WEDNESDAY: Another great day! This time the spotlight is on Provence's tasty, juicy and sun-packed Provencal vegetables. René will be passing on some of his top chef's tips (but not all of them – you'll have to come back for the rest!).
THURSDAY: Your last day, dedicated to those with a sweet tooth. And as you'll find out, Provence's much-appreciated dessert tarts and chocolate "moelleux" are so delicious you're sure to want seconds...
Some of the excursions you will enjoy during your stay:
** Tour of a Bandol AOC vineyard led by a local grower, followed by wine tasting
** Visit to an olive oil mill
** Visit to a honey producer with honey tasting Sunday evening…
** Welcome dinner (excluding drinks) at the Hostellerie gastronomic restaurant, where our Chef will delight your palate with his delicious, heartfelt Provencal cuisine.
Included: accommodation, 4-day cookery course including ingredients, lunches with drinks, breakfast, English translation if required, excursions, welcome dinner on Sunday evening (excluding drinks) and diploma.

During your stay you are free to enjoy a relaxing, one-hour break at our Thermaespa: Calduspa pool with aromatherapy, chromo therapy, music therapy, underwater jets and experience shower, herbal tea room serving teas made with plants from our chef's garden and fresh fruit juices, cardio training room and relaxation room.
