Get ready to travel through time!
This outstanding theme park has performances throughout the day of falconry, jousting, magic and music, and boasts atmospheric reconstructions of a Norman fort, a medieval town and an 18th-century village. On some evenings you can enjoy an original show called Cinéscénie which translates to "stage in motion", the world’s biggest night-time show! 1,200 actors and a deluge of special effects will whisk you away on a journey through the centuries for an experience you will never forget.
Daily theme shows like Gladiator, The Vikings, and The battle of the Keep, The Phantom Birds Dance, and Richelieu’s Musketeers, and the largest of all - the Cinéscénie, which takes place only when it gets dark. Spectators will see gladiators racing chariots, super modern airplanes, huge monsters, and a lot more. A legendary show that has already delighted over 10 million spectators.
An after party for the children is organized in the form of a theme dinner featuring traditional French food in medieval village setting. The village, by the way, also has an Academy of horse riding, as well as a Falconry Academy, where you can watch rare birds from all over the world.
For children:The whole place is made for them, especially if they like horses. Definitely worth a detour to spend a day or even two here. We know families who have been several times! Entry is free for under 5 y.o.

Grand Parc late opening 10.00 to 22.30 for evening performance of The Organ of Fire (included in ticket price): On certain evenings, on the old Puy du Fou Lake, nymphs and pirates dance to the music of romantic musicians in a fantastic symphony of fire and water. A night-time journey through a marvellous fairytale world.

The Cinéscénie starts at 22.30 in June / July and at 22.00 in August / September. You are requested to arrive 1 hour before the start of the show. For your comfort, we would advise you to wear warm clothing.

How to get to Puy du Fou:
- By car: Motorway A87 - Exit n°28
- By train: There is a shuttle between Angers TGV railway station and Puy du Fou 3 times per day. This service is valid only by reservation (subject to seating availability)
