AK1 - ANNECY: HISTORICAL CENTRE– 2 hours
 
Classified “City of Art and History", Annecy counts several medieval monuments as the castle of Annecy, the Palais de l’Isle or still the Porte Saint Claire. The old town is crossed by numerous canals and pedestrian streets with arches. The street Saint-Claire is one of the most beautiful with her romantic arcs of the 17th and 18th centuries. Le "Pâquier" is a vast landscaped walk situated on the lakesides of Annecy and offers one of the most beautiful perspectives on the lake and the surrounding mountains.

AK2 - CHAMBERY: HISTORICAL CENTRE2 hours
 
Chambéry is built between two hills, Lemenc where the Roman-Gallo had installed a "station", and on Montjay where the Lords of Chambéry erected in the eleventh century a first castle. Acquired by the house of Savoy in 1232, Chambéry became the political capital of the counts of Savoy in 1329, up to its transfer in Turin, in 1562. Chambéry remains however the historic capital of the States of Savoy. When in 1860, the Savoie was permanently attached to France, Napoleon III, inherited the castle, and continued restoration in order to make one of its imperial residences. The fountain of elephants is the best known monument of Chambéry.

AK3 - LYON: CROIX-ROUSSE – 2 hours

La Croix-Rousse was nicknamed "la colline qui travaille" (The hill which works) in the nineteenth century. It was indeed a high place for of industrial weaving silk. Still today, the Croix-Rousse is a singular affluent urban, marked by its geography, its history and its very high density residential, one of the highest in Europe. La Croix-Rousse is divided into two distinct areas, slopes and the tableland. The slopes of the Croix-Rousse lie from the Place des Terreaux to the top of the hill. He inherits a strong culture of association and associative end of the textile industry. The tableland, as its name suggests, is a tableland between the Rhone and Saone, since the boulevard of the Croix-Rousse to the ends with Caluire-et-Cuire. La Croix-Rousse is distinguished from the rest of the city by an atmosphere like a "village".

AK4 - LYON: OLD DISTRICT – 2 hours
 
The "Vieux Lyon", old city of Lyon, classified as world heritage of UNESCO, is the medieval and Renaissance neighbourhoods Lyon. It is located along the Saône River, at the foot of Fourviere Hill. This is one of the largest districts of this period which is still remained intact until today. The "Vieux Lyon" is divided into three areas: Saint-Georges in the south, Saint-Jean in the centre and Saint-Paul in the North. The Saint-Jean is the best known, with the Primatiale Saint-Jean. Its main thoroughfare is the Saint-Jean Street, through the district until Saint-Paul. It has many architectural curiosities, especially "traboules". The "traboules" are passages through the course of building that can go from one street to another. There are also beautiful inner courtyards, often unsuspected and maintaining their medieval characteristics.
