Just because you are allergic to gluten and avoid wheat in your diet, doesn't mean you can't enjoy fabulous French patisserie! Meeting the French are delighted to announce that Chef Dominique is proposing a baking session where he will teach you how to prepare some heavenly French desserts which use ingredients that are 100% organic and gluten-free. Upon request, the recipes can also be without dairy product or nuts.
Chef Dominique welcomes you in his apartment and invites you to cook hands-on 3 differents desserts, in small groups limited to 8 people.
No previous cooking skills are necessary, as you will be coached through every step. The class ends when everything has been cooked and the group tastes the desserts or take them away in appropriate boxes remitted by the Chef.
It starts at 15.00 and ends around 18.00 after you have enjoyed eating your delicious freshly baked and created mouth watering desserts accompanied by some coffee or tea in the company of new found friends.
The recipes are sent to you by email, allowing you to share them with family and friends at home and together to cook healthy and delicious French desserts.
